Our Facilities

Excellent hacking and bridle ways on to Surrey hills an area of “outstanding natural beauty".

 

• Seven – 12 x 12 foot large airy boxes with rubber matting. Well lit yard and stables (making the winter months easy in the dark)

• Large open yard with plenty of tie up space outside each box

• 30m x 40m Rubber /Silica Sand all weather floodlit arena

• On site trail course in our small copse, also available for hire

Livery Packages

​

The Full Livery Package - £995 per month

(Large horse (17hh) will be charged more)

Complete care for your horse, mucked out daily, watered, hard feed and hay, bedding (1 bale per week), rug changing and feet picking, daily turnout (weather permitting), full groom and trimming, exercising (2 days per week), tack cleaning, treatments*, holding for vet (not out of hours), farrier etc, mane pulling (acceptance permitting).

Clipping, plaiting and schooling are charged as extras (see below).

The Part Livery Package - £695-£850 per month

£695per month for 15hh or under / £850 per month for large horse

For this package your horse will get mucked out, watered, hard feed and hay, bedding (1 bale per week), rug changing and feet picking, daily turnout (weather permitting). All other services will be charged at the appropriate rate (see below).

The DIY Livery Package - £180 per month

For this package we will provide your horse with a stable, water and grazing (daily turnout weather permitting) includes use of all the facilities.
You are responsible for: Providing your horses feed, hay, bedding and any supplements, adequate rugs etc. poo picking and general maintenance of the field.

The Assisted DIY Package - Price on application

For this package we will provide you’re horse with stable, water and grazing (daily turn out weather permitting). Included in this package is feed & hay. Your horse will be fed each morning and evening, includes use of all the facilities. You are responsible for: Providing your horses bedding and any supplements, adequate rugs etc. poo picking and general maintenance of your field. If you require any other services, mucking out, turn out/brought in our full price list is available or we offer an upgrade to Part Livery on a daily basis at £15.00 supplement per day.

Tack Cleaning £8.00 per set
Treatments holding for vet, farrier etc. £5.00 

Clipping from £30.00 to £50.00

 

*Treatments - a charge will be made for
the daily treatments your horse may need.

 

With this in mind all livery owners are required to provide a basic supply of veterinary equipment that is readily accessible to staff in the event that your horse needs medical attention. This kit should include items such as vet wrap, gamgee, cotton wool, hibiscrub, antiseptic cream/spray.

 

To reserve a stable for 21 days a £100.00 holding fee is required. Please note: Haylage or other types, Feed additives, Supplements,
Wormers, Shoeing and Vets bills are NOT included. Prices quoted are subject to change and unless otherwise stated are charged per calendar month.

 

All Paddocks are well maintained, poo picked regularly & well managed. Our Paddocks, Outdoor School & Woodland Copse are available to all livery clients unless otherwise stated i.e. during clinics and shows
